Melbourne’s new  Neo-Pastel Brutalist multi-residential micro tower to be located close to the RMIT hub on Little La Trobe Street. Called ‘Literature Lane‘ for it’s celebration of the North facing lane-way behind – this playful, 1 apartment per level building will feature a site specific work spanning across all levels by artist Reko Rennie.

Peeling away from it’s neighbour to allow for morning light, each apartment has 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom and a generous curved balcony to fit an outdoor setting and a sister curve big enough to fit a bbq. In an effort to Build Quality and create vertical neighborhoods, the design aims to achieve a high standard of living with cross ventilation, natural light, good ceiling heights, roof garden and street engagement.
